About camp

The Chandler Vaudrin Basketball Camp is a premier youth basketball camp for rising 3rd thru 8th grade boys. TEAM 3 Camp is will be held in June 2025 at Lake High School in Uniontown, Ohio.

Our primary mission is to teach young athletes how to be great basketball players with high character. We call it “Being a pro on and off the court.” The main focuses of camp are improving your individual skills, becoming a great teammate, and always competing at 100%.

CAMP FOCUSES

Skill

Our primary focus is to become great basketball players. It is crucial to work on individual skill within your role on a team in order to make yourself and teammates better.

Campers will be put through intense drills where they are expected to compete hard while helping others rise to a new level.

    • How to be a star in your role

Team

Throughout camp, there will be a strong emphasis on “team” and how to be a great teammate. We believe that teams win championships, not individuals. Campers are expected to come together as one and treat other campers like teammates. Forming a brotherhood with your teammates will help to make everyone better.

After camp, each attendee will forever be part of that team moving forward. This year’s campers will be TEAM 2.

Compete

Competing at a high level requires constant resilience. At camp, we dive on loose balls. We box out every time. We take charges. We sprint to pick up our teammates. We give it all we have, every play, because that’s what great players do.

These are all ingredients to becoming a great basketball player and winner. The habits we form on the court will eventually lead to habits we form off the court.

camp Takeaways

Report card

After camp, each attendee will receive a report card to take home. This report card will give everyone a personal “report” on how well they did at camp and includes a grade in three skill areas.

Report cards are specific to each player and filled out by coaches during camp. Each card is reviewed and signed by Chandler.

Camp gear

Each player will receive their Chandler Vaudrin Basketball Camp Nike dri-fit team shirt on the first day of camp. This shirt will be unique to each year and is only available if you attend camp. After camp, each player will receive a custom gift bag to take home.

Throughout camp there will be shorts, hats, and other gear available for purchase as well.

Awards & prizes

Who doesn’t love to win? Each year we have awards and prizes for different competitions. These competitions include a 5v5 tournament, knockout tournament, hotshot tournament, and camper of the week honors.

Prizes can include custom basketballs, towels, or even game-worn gear from Chandler.

  • The Chandler Vaudrin Basketball Camp is open to rising 3rd thru 8th graders. “Rising” means the grade they will be next school year.

  • Optional. We will have snacks & drinks available for purchase at camp both days.

  • Optional. We will have items available to purchase before, during, or after camp, but additional money is not required after registration.
